Role Objectives

Effectively manage assigned client (landlords, tenants) in leasing transactions to achieve agreed revenue and profitability targets.  


 

Accountabilities
  • Undertake and manage all commercial leasing transactions on behalf of the clients (landlords)
  • Undertake marketing plan and developments of the leasing services
  • Undertake presentations of the projects to all prospect tenants
  • Handle and follow up all enquiries from prospect tenants. For other enquiries, co-ordinate with the Commercial Leasing Team to refer them to the related team member
  • Maintain and develop the relationship with the landlords and tenants
  • Develop, update and maintain database of tenants and properties available for lease
  • Attend the meeting with landlord / clients as and when required
  • Participate in organizing events to launch leasing projects when required
  • Assist in minimising vacancies by strategising & leading initiatives
  • Site visits as required and make recommendations to the clients
  • Prepare and update Marketing & Leasing Reports as and when required
  • To be fully conversant with and advise the client on changes in legislation that affect leasing activity
  • Vet leases in conjunction with Solicitors and make recommendations based on the clients' prepared terms and conditions

     
  • Become familiar with and utilise Jones Lang LaSalle systems in addition to standard MS Office software
  • Regularly communicate strategy and performance progress in own area of leasing 
  • ​Refer to Individual Performance Management Measures and Targets
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years' experience in commercial leasing or in area related to real estate
  • Understanding of real estate market
  • High networking with MNCs and/ or real estate developers and/ or banking
  • Able to work independently and also in a team
  • Excellent customer service attitude and mindset
  • Self Starter & Team player
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Customer Service orientation
  • Good inter-personnel skills to operate as a proactive manager within a small core team.
