Role Objectives
  • Provide manage for all Project on site
  • Provide superior vendor management
  • Enhance own professional and personal skills
  • Meet assigned project & finance targets
  • Directly supervise vendor/ contractor on site
  • Daily communicate with client
  • Support to manage all project on site as assignments by client
  • Coordinate with client stakeholder, vendor and FM team for all matters related project onsite (procurement, engineering, standard, material, production, etc.)
  • Proactively manage project-related issues
  • Demonstrating a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.
  • Ensure that all vendor/contractor to comply with client policy (EHS, security, etc.)
  • Capability to review drawing, design, etc. from vendor/contractor
  • To review vendor BOQ and selection right vendor and cost follow bidding process
  • Project update to client, FM team and organize weekly meeting with all stakeholders
  • Have knowledge and understand relevant M&E and civil construction standards in VN/US
  • Comply with all Jones Lang LaSalle policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.
  • Lead technical side of project from tendering phase (if any) to customer requirements clarification, planning, procurement, installation and testing, commissioning. Establish professional relationships with customers to understand project's requirements & ensure customer satisfaction. Manages all design/quotation submitted by vendors, ensure that it is comply with project specification. Communicate with client & vendors, contractor in the selection & approval of new or renovation projects.
  • Anticipate timely on important potential risks. Prepare budgetary and resource of work package, projects. Provide technical support during tendering phase or new opportunity
  • Perform other assigned tasks. 3-4 years' experience in M&E work for facility of factory, understanding of project engineering and safety management for contractor working at site.
  • Must work on weekend follow with progress of project  
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years practical experience in project management/supervision
  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Construction project Management strongly preferred
  • 3-4 years' experience in M&E work for facility of factory, understanding of project engineering and safety management for contractor working at site.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients
  • Be able to clearly identify, define, communicate, estimate and manage the scope of works and complete project timely
  • Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills by English
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc
