Location

Strategic and operational responsibilities are extensive and include:

  • Stakeholder management (Client, JLL and third parties);
  • People Management (assigned JLL staff and third party contractors);
  • Risk Management, including provision of 24/7 emergency response support and site attendance as and when required;
  • Access control and security protocols and procedures of third party contractors;
  • Property inspections and Asset Management Planning;
  • Procurement & Contractor Management;
  • Budgeting and Financial Management;
  • Health & Safety Management;
  • Value add and innovation.

Required Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field and/or 5 years' experience in facilities, property management or related field;
  • Experience or demonstrated capability to work in a complex environment along with the management of remote sites;
  • Detailed understanding of technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system, Access control systems);
  • Knowledge of and experience in managing critical infrastructure, systems and environments;
  • Capacity to interpret and proactively manage commercial contracts;
  • Strong budget management and financial analysis skills;
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements;
  • ​Strong customer service oriented attitude
