Role Objectives

​As Receptionist your duties will be to guide and assist visitors with any enquires whilst utilising your excellent communication and front of house skills. You will also come into daily contact with colleagues, security staff or managers and consequently, will often be called upon to assist with any enquires that they may have. You will have both a positive outlook and professional appearance, able to work alone or as part of a team and deal with all aspects of your role and responsibilities. 


  • Check the cleanliness of the main reception and adjoining public areas and inform the cleaning supervisor of any matters that require attention, including any safety issues
  • Maintain control of any ornamental or live plants in your area and also help coordinate or manage visiting parties if necessary
  • Assist Administration Manager with daily administrative duties such as photocopying, delivering and receiving documents if necessary
  • Assist clients with their requests and refer to supervisors if necessary
  • Assist colleagues in charge of conference rooms or when hosting events
  • Perform other duties as required by your line Manager or higher
  • Ensure all lighting is functioning fully and coordinate with relevant departments to rectify faults if necessary
  • Help to sort and deliver documents, postage and messages to tenants or other departments
  • Maintain a high degree of personal presentation, commitment and service at all times​
