JLL Vietnam accelerates business expansion by attracting top talent

JLL has ambitious future growth plans in Vietnam to best service and help its clients take advantage of the opportunities in the country.


By the end of this year, JLL will employ over 220 dedicated professionals in Vietnam, covering: Capital Markets, Commercial Leasing, Valuation & Advisory, Market Research & Consultancy, Project Management, Property & Asset Management and Integrated Facilities Management.

As part of our expansion program to grow our business, we are pleased to announce that JLL has very recently recruited some of the top talents in the market to join our existing strong and well respected team.

Greg Ohan.jpg Mr. Greg Ohan has joined JLL from CBRE Vietnam. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, his new role as Director is to focus on growing all departments and increasing JLL’s market share. Greg has been based in Vietnam for the past five years. In his most recent role, he led the Vietnam Office team and set up the Industrial & Logistics team which advises new occupiers to the Vietnam market and assists developers with marketing their industrial portfolios to multinational manufacturers and occupiers. Previously, he spent three years servicing major multinational tenants and landlords in Hong Kong, and the three years prior to that in the Industrial & Logistics team in Sydney, Australia. His expertise in real estate dates back to 2005. 

Khanh Nguyen.jpg Ms. Khanh Nguyen, MRICS has joined JLL from Savills Vietnam. She is joining as Associate Director in our Ho Chi Minh City Capital Markets team, having worked in the real estate industry in Vietnam for over eight years. Khanh’s core skills include development consulting, feasibility study, quantitative analysis and financial modelling, and valuation of commercial properties. Khanh holds a Master’s degree in Economics of Banking and Finance by CFGV.

Kien Bui.jpg Mr. Kien Bui has joined our team from CBRE Vietnam. He is joining our Hanoi Markets team as Associate Director. Kien has held senior roles with several international consultancies since he started working in the real estate industry in Vietnam in 2007. He has a Master’s degree in Commerce in Marketing from Macquarie University, Australia. 

Trang Le2.jpgMs. Trang Le has joined JLL from CBRE Vietnam. As Manager, she is bringing in her expertise and professionalism to our Ho Chi Minh City Research and Consultancy team, having worked in this area in Vietnam for the last four years. Trang holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking by Monash University, Australia.

Mr. Stephen Higgins has transferred from JLL Singapore, where he was part of the Regional Capital Markets team since 2015. He is joining the Capital Markets team in Ho Chi Minh City as Manager. Stephen holds a Master's degree in Property Development and an Associate of Australian Property Institute, and he first started with JLL Australia as a Valuer in 2012.
