Citibank is a leading global bank that does business in more than 160 countries and jurisdictions. For JLL Vietnam Project &Development Service team, they are a long time client with whom we have worked multiple successful projects, many of which helped boost our reputation on the market. Below is details of what we have completed.
For Citibank for their relocation projects, the target was Office fit-out approx. 15,000sqft, accommodating the Bank’s senior executive and staff from Citi’s consumer, institutional clients and operation groups. The project team managed to best meet the Citi global standard of Citi project system (CGO), technical request of different Citi structures (CSIS, CRS, CTI) and manage the project execution team for: Interior Designer, MEP consultant, QS consultant, main contractor, landlord and relevant authority so as to achieve the grand opening schedule of office and retail brand in Hanoi with high construction quality.
Citibank Hanoi Office and Retail relocation project succeeded in the construction quality, timeline and budget as CRS expectation. It is the biggest and the most challenge project to date and helped to leverage professional PDS reputation in the project management service. In general, Citibank projects in the past 4 years from 2012 –2016 and Citibank Hanoi project in 2017 –2018 in specific are prominent samples of PDS performance in office segment, they are the strong background and track records for the team to move forward Citibank coming projects in HCM.
