JLL Shenzhen Office

The brief

JLL Shenzhen corporate office was relocated to new office in Kerry Plaza in 2019. From site selecting, office interior design, construction till project management were all done by JLL team. JLL wants to motivate staff’s creativity and efficiency through this diverse office space.

Approach

By involving workplace strategy, the new office set up 106 ergonomic desks, 9 meeting rooms with total seating capacity of 57 people, 45 collaboration seats spread across the premises to encourage creative discussions. It is a 100% flexible office space which can represent JLL’s workplace strategy.

Result

Under the management by JLL, the new office was delivered on time with expected quality. Moreover, it has increased 50% of the space usage compare to the previous one and allows 40% extra workstation in the future.
