JLL appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for L’MAK Tower
The L’MAK Tower is expected to open its doors in the second quarter of 2021
JLL is pleased to announce the successful Signing Ceremony between L'MAK Investment Joint Stock Company and JLL Vietnam Co., Ltd., to appoint JLL as the exclusive consultant and leasing agent for L'MAK Tower. The L’MAK Tower office building project is expected to officially open its doors in the second quarter of 2021.
Located on Nguyen Cuu Van Street, Binh Thanh District, along the main road leading to the city center, L'MAK Tower will provide approximately 6,500 square meters of office space to the HCMC market with a total of 17 floors and 2 basements. The building's architecture is a mix of modernity and sustainability, designed to optimise the business experience with the professional management system from Esta Property Management.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nam, CEO of L’MAK Tower, commented: ‘Our cooperation with JLL is an important milestone in the group's commercial real estate development strategy. By 2022, we expect to launch 10 L’MAK-branded buildings with a total office floor area of 40,000 square meters.’
