JLL strengthens Property & Asset Management Services team
JLL today announced that Gareth Powell, Senior Manager of Property & Asset Management at JLL Bangkok, Thailand, will join JLL Vietnam as Associate Director, Property and Asset Management Services (PAMS).
HO CHI MINH 27 June 2018 - JLL today announced that Gareth Powell, Senior Manager of Property & Asset Management at JLL Bangkok, Thailand, will join JLL Vietnam as Associate Director, Property and Asset Management Services (PAMS). This is in line with the firm's continued goal to evolve the services that it is able to offer clients in Vietnam. Gareth will be responsible for growing the PAMS business in Vietnam, particularly focusing on introducing JLL's industry leading PropTech and PAM Academy Training services, and JLL's internationally proven world class PAMS systems and procedures. This will ensure that developers will receive international standard property management service.
Gareth's career in the property market spans over 11 years, having held various senior positions with international property management consultancy firms, and also working client side for an international airport and a large supermarket developer.
During Gareth's time with PAMS at JLL Thailand, he worked predominantly within the consulting business, providing operational property management consultancy advice to mixed use developers in Southeast Asia. His major projects include an Estate Management Plan and 30 Year Estate Budget for One Bangkok (1.8 million square meters), pre-completion management, transition, and hand over services for Show DC Mall (150,000 square meters), pre-completion management for Lucky Group Mall (30,000 square meters – Cambodia), and oversaw the management of several super luxury condominium projects.
