JLL Vietnam appointed to manage and lease 
M Tower in Yangon

VIETNAM, 4 July 2019 – JLL Vietnam has been appointed the sole APAC region Property Asset Management Consultant and Marketing Agent for M Tower - a grade 5-A office tower in the heart of Yangon, Myanmar. The project is being developed by Mottama Development Group Company Ltd. and is scheduled to open its door in 2020.

Located on Pyay Road at the Hledan Junction, the major axis of Yangon, M Tower provides approximately 350,000 square feet NLA over 26 story.

M Tower’s architecture boasts state-of-the-art design with high ceilings, column-free floor space and most spectacularly, floor-to-ceiling double-glazed glass curtain walls which offer an impressive unobstructed panoramic view of the city. 

As Yangon’s first truly smart office building, M Tower is at the forefront of Myanmar’s commercial space arena.
